Privacy

What we collect

Only what is needed to give you an account and a licence:

• Your email address — you sign in with a code we email you, so this is the account.
• A record of the devices you sign in on — so a licence works on your machines and can be revoked if one is lost.
• Your plan and its status — which plan, whether it is active, when the period ends.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and are never sent to us — we receive only the fact that a subscription started, changed or ended. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by their privacy policy.

What we do not do

• We do not upload, copy or analyse your music on our servers.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
• This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

Anything you choose to share

Some features can send information back to help the software improve. They are off unless you turn them on, they are described where you turn them on, and they never include your audio, your track titles or the names of your mixes.

How long we keep it

Account and licence records are kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we remove them, except where we are required to keep billing records for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

Email hello@mixxintelligence.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account. We will not make you jump through hoops.

Children

Mixx Intelligence is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Mixx Intelligence after that means the new version applies.
